特别会友大会（EGM）通知
本会将安排于11月22日（主日）联合崇拜结束后，约上午11:00在大堂召开特别会
友大会。
表决议程
目的：会友将对一项自常年经费（General Fund）拨出最高达25,000新元的预算提案进行投票表决。
用途：资助粤语会众海外营会（2027年3月14日至17日）。
召开原因：由于申请金额已超过执事会审批权限的上限，因此须由全体会众投票表决。
重要投票须知
出席方式：仅限亲身出席。本次会议不设网络直播、线上参与或委托投票。
表决方式：举手表决。
登记手续：法定投票会友（年满18岁及以上）抵达时，必须向大堂入口处的招待员领取手环。
法定人数：必须有至少四分之一（25%）的法定投票会友出席，特别会友大会方可正式召开。

Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)
An EGM will be held on Sunday, 22 November, at approximately 11:00 AM in the
Sanctuary, immediately following the Combined Worship Service.
Voting Agenda
Purpose: Members will vote on a proposed budget of up to S$25,000 from the General Fund.
Allocation: To fund the Cantonese Congregation Overseas Retreat Camp (14–17 March 2027).
Reason for EGM: The requested amount exceeds the threshold of the Deacon Board’s approval authority, requiring a congregational vote.
Important Voting Guidelines
Attendance: In-person only. There will be no live streaming, online attendance, or proxy voting.
Voting Method: By a show of hands.
Registration: Voting members (aged 18 and above) must collect a wristband from the ushers at the Sanctuary entrance upon arrival.
Quorum: A minimum of one-quarter (25%) of our voting members must be present for the EGM to proceed.
