Recruitment of Grace (S.C.C.) Church:

1) Missions Ministry Worker

Being part of the Missions staff team, the Missions Ministry Worker provides key ministry support to our church’s Missions Department mission, vision, core values, programs & activities. He/she works closely in consultation with the Missions Chairperson, Missions Pastor, & the Missions Committee. He/she will be involved in at least one or more of the 5 key pillars of our Missions ministry structure & functions – Operations, Local Cross-Cultural Missions, Missions Partner Care & Prayer, Missions Education, & Missions Convention.

Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of a basic diploma/degree; theological training is not a pre-requisite, but would be an advantage. He/she must have at least 2-3 years of ministry experience, either full-time or as a lay-leader, preferably in cross-cultural missions. Applicants shall demonstrate spiritual maturity, irreproachable character and subscribe to the statement of faith of Grace (S.C.C.) Church.

2) Mission Secretary

The applicant will be responsible for the secretariat and administration works of mission department, i.e. handling of the mission related documents; taking minutes for meetings; liaising with the mission agencies and missionaries etc; and support the Mission Pastor, Mission Chairperson and Mission Committee.

Applicant must be a Christian with burden for Mission work, possess GCE “A” level with a Diploma or above, good in writing and translating readily documents from English to Chinese and vice versa; competent in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

3) Facilities Management and Admin Executive

The candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the Church Administration Office. The incumbent will assist the Administration Manager in the Office Administration, ensure proper maintenance of church premises and facilities, scheduling preventive maintenance, pest control and security management.

The candidate must be a Christian and possesses a Diploma in Facilities Management or engineering, have a high language proficiency in English and Chinese both written and spoken as well as being competent in MS Office. Work experience in contract management, building management or Fire and Safety would be an added advantage.
