AGM by Electronic Means Due to the pandemic situation, and in view of the requirement to observe safe social distancing, our AGM this year will be conducted by electronic means. An infographic describing the process has been put up on church website and mobile app, kindly refer to it for the details.
As of 5thAug, the admin office has sent out the 1st Notice of Meeting by email to all the known email address and by post to those without an email address.
Action required:
1) If you have received the email, please reply to indicate that the email is correct.
2) If you did not receive the email and by post, but has an email address, please update your information (Name, Congregation and membership number) to agm2020@gsccc.org.sg.
3) If you did not receive the email and by post, and have no means to access email, please contact your Exco or the church admin staff (Bro. Alfred @6332 6830 or Bro. Jia Yao @6332 6835) for assistance.
Please take the appropriate action by 6 pm, 21 August. This will facilitate the admin office in sending you the 2nd Notice of Meeting – online meeting details, AGM documents, and Deacon Election Form. We humbly seek your understanding for this special arrangement.
