Peace to you, brothers and sisters in Christ!

The Government has announced on 20 Mar evening that all events and gatherings with 250 or more participants in attendance at any one time must be suspended. After discussing with Deacon Board, we feel that we will need to clarify the directive further with the authorities. Hence, for this and next weekend services, members are urged to stay at home to attend the live stream service. Church will remain open but we will restrict only 250 people in the building at any one time. I believe all of us have been rather tensed due to the Covid-19. You would probably have noticed different approaches adopted by various churches as their response to the pandemic. Understandably, each will decide on an option that is most favourable based on its own unique situation and considerations. To suspend ministry or to continue, both require much deep deliberation. Thus, it was only after much prayer, waiting on the Lord and consideration that our church leadership eventually came to a decision. Hence, let us not compare nor judge, rather let us exercise mutual respect and uphold each other in prayer. We strongly encourage you to worship with us via live streaming.

May God’s abundant blessing be upon you!

Serving in the Lord,

Rev Chua Yeow San
